Peyton is coming along. Yesterday was his day to find his tempo. We were moving along at his pace. We have been working on the canter on the lunge and also working outside. I hope in a couple of weeks to officially be working on the canter under saddle. Fingers crossed.

Introducing Hazel

Location: Gardiner Rd, Waldorf, Md
(19 miles from Alexandra, 24 miles from DC)

Boutique barn with indoor, outdoor and access to trails. Lounge, bathroom and many other amenities.

Lease option: 2-3 times a week. Must take at least one lesson a week.

Rider level: Intermediate and above

Hazel is a 16’2 TB who is very forgiving and kind. She is fun to ride and very affectionate. She is the same horse inside and outside. There may be show/clinic opportunities for the right person. Terrific horse for the person wanting to perfect their flat work and develope their skills in dressage.

What to expect:

Floaty comfortable gaits.

Forward thinking but not unmanageable.

Hazel has just gotten started back into work due to no fault of her own. She was in between owners and on the back burner.
