Families in Upper Darby Township displaced by the fire that took place over the weekend need your help.

Murphys Giving Market has taken the lead on providing resources to these families. They currently are at their max for food and clothing donations but need the following:
Cleaning Supplies
Gift cards to Kohl's, Walmart, Target
Cash or donate online through their website murphysgivingmarket.org OR https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/upper-darby-holidays
BOTH WILL GO DIRECTLY TO MURPHYS TO UTILIZE WHERE NEEDED MOST.

In continuing to support small local businesses that support our community, we want to give a huge shout out to Secret Sauce Bbq located on Township Line in Upper Darby.

In addition to the food being some of the best in Delco, the owner's Kelly and Steve are VERY involved in our community. They donate yearly to decorating event and are hands-on with so many other community outreaches.

We are so grateful for our first responders that are giving up their Christmas Eve with their families to protect ours.

Contributions from the Businesses and Citizens of Upper Darby Township have led to another partnership with Pete's pizza (fka as Drexel House Deli) to bring hoagies and pizza to every Police and Fire Station in Upper Darby Township.

Thank you for your service Upper Darby Professional Firefighters and Upper Darby Police Department. Godspeed and Merry Christmas!

Good morning

For the last several years, we have collected donations through here and the Garrettford Civic Association to send some hoagie trays to our first responders on December 24.

They are giving up their time with their families on Christmas Eve to protect our community. As always, the folks at Pete's pizza (fka Drexel House Deli) will make and deliver the food.

If you can donate any money, please send it to via Venmo. We already collected over $200 at the awards luncheon on Saturday, so we only need a bit more to cover the cost.

This will be a gift from the Citizens of Upper Darby Township to the Upper Darby Police Department, Upper Darby Professional Firefighters, and Garrettford-Drexel Hill Fire Co.
