Next up, a judge we are excited to announce! Johnnie Green III, also known as “The Bearded Bass,” is the founder and owner of The Bearded Bass LLC, an all-natural beard care company established in 2023. A longtime beard enthusiast and previous winner of several beard competitions dating back to 2017, Green transformed his passion for beard care into a brand specializing in all-natural beard growth and grooming products that can be customized with a customer’s favorite scent profile. His signature creations—including Timber Bass, Velvet Bass, and Signature Bass—reflect the brand’s philosophy that every man deserves to “smell as good as he looks.”
Green attended the 2024 Great American Beard & Moustache Championship and, most recently, participated as a vendor at the 2026 Mitten Barber Expo, where he debuted The Bearded Bass fall collection of customized beard products. Through his experience as both a beard competitor and entrepreneur, Green continues to combine his passion for exceptional beards, distinctive fragrance, and quality grooming—helping men maintain healthy beards while looking, smelling, and feeling their best.
