While Nico has been gone for more than a decade, he still lives on in many of his offspring and in my bloodlines.

Rotterdam, the Netherlands, October 4th 2019.
Police is called out to a Mosque where someone - a repeat offerder the article says- is causing trouble and acting aggressively.
As you can see the suspect is charging straight into the police and their K9 and a bite ensues.
The dog is doing his job very well, and it is hard to believe that the suspect is not, in fact, a decoy
since his moves are perfect for that job. It is real bite though, Justified, unfortunately.
The article says that the 43 year old suspect is still in custody.

Vier agenten en een hond proberen een lastige moskeebezoeker in Rotterdam-Zuid te overmeesteren. De man gedroeg zich agressief en werkte niet mee. De agenten voelden zich genoodzaakt om een politiehond in te zetten.

A well-known writer and behaviorist seeking a blurb send me a galley of his book to be published next year, it is a powerful, meticulously researched study of the intelligence of dogs (I am not permitted to quote from it or identify the author until it is published), and like almost every behavioris...
