APHA ranks second in the number of horses registered annually in the United States, making it one of the largest horse breeds in the world. Although the APHA's primary mission is to record pedigrees, the association is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history, breedi

More importantly, the heart of the APHA lies in its members, which is why the association strives to develop and sponsor programs that reflect their interests and their love of the American Paint Horse. The APHA's goal is to encourage American Paint Horse owners to find fulfillment with their horses in whatever activities they find most enjoyable, and to give members the opportunity to share in the pleasure of Paint Horses.

French reining phenom Arnaud Girinon, aboard the powerhouse Flexing Guns N Town, scored a jaw-dropping 𝟐𝟑𝟐 to outshine other legendary reiners and clinched The Run For A Million title in Las Vegas.

From European stages to the bright lights of the South Point Arena, this dynamic duo turned dream-chasing into history-making.

The 2019 solid stallion is by Hollywoodstinseltown (QH) and out of Shesa Fashion Gun. He is owned by Anna Scheiflinger and bred by Peter and Morgan Courtney.

The Distinguished Service Award celebrates an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication at the regional, state or national level.

Nominations are open now through 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, and can be submitted by any APHA member.

Nominee Eligibility Requirements:
✔ At least 15 years as an APHA member in good standing
✔ Current or past Paint Horse owner
✔ Active in regional association leadership
✔ Served as a regional officer, director or committee member
✔ Major contributor to a regional, state or national APHA initiative
✔ Cannot be a past APHA president

Submit a written nomination that outlines their contributions and confirms eligibility.
