I guess I need to make a quick post about the obvious. I am one person running and funding this rescue. I no longer live in Arizona where I have a few(1-3 part time) volunteers. I run 2 businesses to fund this rescue and have to manage our house back in Arizona still and our ranch in Oklahoma. And my most important job is wife and mom to 2 kids, one graduating in a week and moving cross country next month to start her life.

So if me, one person, takes a few days to respond to messages or emails, know I do my best. Sometimes I think I should shut down the rescue and concentrate on everything else, but then I tell myself to just do what I can when I can and at least it’s something! It’s so funny when the keyboard warriors think they know how you should operate and run your rescue and your life. 🤣

Drove Wylie 3 hours yesterday to meet his new Momma on Mother’s Day. She said he settled in perfectly last night and is doing great!!! He will have 3 cousin dogs next door, but his Momma all to himself in their home! The best of both worlds!

Wylie a 2-3 year old cocker spaniel is looking for a home. He is currently located in Oklahoma. He gets along well with other dogs and children and is doggy door trained and potty trained. He loves humans and snuggles at bedtime! He is an amazing boy and will bring lots of love to his new family!

Ok village, we have a lot coming in so we are looking for fosters and homes for all these sweet babies. There is a group of 6 spaniels coming in end of May. We are in need of a village to help all the babies. We have Mo and Wylie currently looking for a home and then we have these 6 coming into rescue the end of the month to the vet to be vetted and groomed and then out to fosters. We don’t have the exact day of the rescue as we have to travel 8 hours to go get them and bring to Scottadale. Looking for a team to help. Message us!

Cameo’s hospice foster is moving out of state May 15 so we are maybe looking for a new foster for him in Arizona by May 15! All expenses are paid for while you foster Cameo. We provide all the food and supplies and vet visits.

Cameo is the sweetest, gentlest dog! He is deaf and blind but that doesn’t stop him from living life! He loves to be with his person and cuddle. He also loves to hold onto his toys, sleep and be outside in the fresh air. He can often be found sniffing around and laying on his bed. He is able to self feeding throughout the day. He does great around kids and other dogs. He does well in a kennel also. He does have cancerous growths that we keep removing so we know Cameo is nearing the end.
