Can’t believe our Granit x Nova litter is already 6 weeks old and learning to stack! I have been remiss in posting all of the cute photos too, so will have a look back and post some of the fun they have had the past few weeks!

We are heartbroken to share the loss of Tesla (CH Shadeko's Rainbow Lightning CD RN CA BCAT CGC TKA ROM LC-10), our first Doberman and the start of LoyalBlitz Dobermans.

Thanks to Pat Reinhardt for entrusting her to us, to Shawnee Rustad, Caroline Lewis, Tim Corun and the many other trainers that worked with us and especially Kaydin as a junior handler, to Karen Bryant, Jaime Scott, and Kelly Marquis for handling this spicy redhead in the show ring and to Matt Arpano for helping us learn about IGP. Also huge thanks to Caroline for supporting us as we ventured into becoming breeders as part of Kaydin’s 4H project and continue our breeding efforts.

We are heartbroken to share the news that one of the puppies from Nova’s litter did not make it…. She was only 7.8 ounces at birth (half the size of her siblings) and while she fought hard and took supplemental formula well, she ultimately took a fast turn for the worse yesterday morning and was gone within several hours. She will be remembered fondly for her strong spirit. Rest in peace little one 💔

We’re excited to announce our first breeding in over 6 years… an exciting matchup between our female Nova (UKC CH Jesaran’s Fusion CGC TKN VSWB FITB) and Granit (UDC CH Granit von Moeller Hof CDX BH OB3 TR3 FH-V). Pups are due April 27 - guesses on how many based on the x-ray?

UPDATE 19 Dec 2025 - Adoption Pending!

This sweet, handsome red doberman named Luke is looking for a new home. He’s a full brother to our male doberman Rip, from our Uno x Tesla litter that will be turning 7 years old next week. He came back to us on Sunday after his owner passed away unexpectedly last week. He has earned AKC obedience titles at the Novice and Open levels and was working on Utility and had been doing some agility as well; his trainer said he would enjoy Rally. He has also passed the DPCA Working Aptitude Evaluation. His registered name with titles is LoyalBlitz’s Cayenne on Fire CDX WAC. He’s a very well-mannered dog, generally gets along with other dogs, and is fine with all people (including children). He shows a preference for women, which is not surprising since his previous owner was a woman. He’s got typical doberman protection instincts, which kicked in after only a day or two with us, so he’ll alert you to people or things he finds suspicious looking. In the house, he’s been perfect - no marking or accidents (he was neutered around age 4) and good in the crate. He likes to trot around the house as he's been exploring his new situation and periodically comes over and sits as close as he can or puts his head down for pets - he absolutely loves head-rubs. He seems to be overall in good health (including full MSU thyroid panel normal). His cardiac evaluation showed some borderline numbers but since he was on a grain free-food, he will need a re-check in 6 months now that we are switching him to a grain-inclusive food. He’s shown amazing resilience in adjusting to his new circumstances, after his world has just been turned upside down, and he just needs someone to love. I am sure he would enjoy doing dog sports with a new owner, but he would do equally well in a pet home. Happy 3rd Birthday to “Nova” (UKC Ch Jesaran's Fusion CGC TKN VSWB FITB)! This mischievous girl has had quite a year learning to be a show dog, trying out Rally obedience and scent work, and also pretending to be a little dog so that she can fit in the tiny dog beds I buy to satisfy her blanket-sucking habits LOL!
