The more I learn about animals, the more my approach to training changes.
When I first started my business, I felt like there was a system that I could teach. Loose leash walking, place training, crate training, doorway manners, personal space.
And while those skills are important, there’s a missing piece.
Presence.
Live in the moment. Reward what you like. Address what you don’t. Guide when you need to.
Sometimes, simplicity is the answer.
