Good morning! I am back at the shop this morning, thank you all for your understanding with our medical journey. It is ALOT but we are getting on a good path. Again, I am unsure that I will be able to get those appointments back rescheduled, but I am trying. If you have a reoccurring appointment those will still be good. With the uncertainty of me being able to work you back in we completely understand if you need to see another groomer and can give you some recommendations if needed. Please just reach out! Thank you again for all the understanding!

Good morning everyone! We have gotten in with Cleveland Clinic this week so I will not be at the shop. Everyone with appointments have been sent our messaging regarding your appointment this week unless we spoke otherwise. I will keep everyone updated as I return. Good morning everyone! Just stopping in for a couple quick things. Please know that I am working at this time. Yes, I am in and out at times for different appointments with my husband, but I am here. If you have an appointment of any kind and have not heard from me then this appointment is still a go!
*** If you miss an appointment the soonest I can get you in will be the next available, which is currently mid/end July.
***If you were part of the group that had to get cancelled the week of April 14th and I have not been able to get you back in, please feel free to call and get next available if you are not already scheduled.
***Remember that it is still a possibility that I will have to miss more last minute due to doctors' appointments and our trip to Cleveland. If this happens it will end up as before. We will have to cancel and if you are not scheduled out it is a possibility I won't be able to work those back in until first available. PLEASE SCHEDULE OUT! I am terribly sorry for this, but it is the best I can do. Thanks for understanding!
***Also if you have had to seek other groomers and plan on staying with them and have already scheduled appointments with me, please be courteous and let me know. I 100% understand but those appointments are ones that I can get someone else in as well.

Good morning, everyone. Thank you for all of the thoughts, kind words and prayers over the last week. My husband is doing good and we are taking one day at a time. I am at the shop today for all scheduled appointments, NO walk-in nails at this time please. Moving forward we still have appointments that I will need to maneuver around and a full schedule. Those that I was unable to get last week, I do have you on a list and IF I can get you back in I will call you. Again, I am sorry but taking care of myself and family are most important.

Hello friends/clients. I hope you all have had a great weekend. I am unable to open the shop this week due to my husband having some severe medical problems. We have reached out by message to all scheduled this week as I am unsure when or if I will be able to get people rescheduled. I will keep everyone updated as I return and I completely understand if those babies need to have a haircut elsewhere. This is out of my hands but I will be happy to give some recommendations of other groomers if needed. Thank you all for understanding and again I apologize.

Hello everyone! Most of you know that I have been in the process of cutting back. Well, I have done ok, but I have let to many push me still. I struggle with saying no, and I'm sorry. Please understand that I cannot schedule but so many a day to keep all my fur-babies comfortable and do my job the way it NEEDS to be done. I have done my best to schedule all out as far as I can, even when you don't ask me to, BUT I cannot do this on my own. PLEASE if you need a specific set schedule you must do this ahead of time, NOW! Some appointments might have to change because of course we cannot predict the future. However, at least you will be on the schedule. NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS ARE THE WEEK OF JUNE 16th! If you need to know if you are already booked out, please reach out, we can help!

Hello everyone! Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers over the past 2 days. I am back at the shop, not 100% but I am back.
