Max has a condition called Horner’s syndrome. Horner’s syndrome is a neurological condition that affects the face and eye on one side of the body. It is caused by the disruption of a nerve pathway from the brain. Clinical signs include: constricted pupil, droopy eyelid, and sunken eyeball. Acupuncture can help resolve symptoms of Horner’s Syndrome in both small animals and horses. As you can see, Max has many needles placed on his head. Max is such a good boy for his treatments.

I posted about Kirby last week; and how he is now able to walk after getting Electroacupuncture and Laser Therapy. Well, I couldn’t resist and had to share this video of Kirby in his hot dog Halloween costume! Look at him walking! This is 3 weeks post his initial presentation to me when he couldn’t walk at all. Go Kirby!!!! 🐶

Kirby 🐶 presented earlier this week with an injured back and paralysis in his rear legs. He couldn’t walk. He had one Electroacupuncture treatment and 2 Laser therapy treatments on his back. Look at his progression just from this week of treatments! Amazing!
