Fiona’s pups are almost 4 weeks old now, and she’s reaching that stage where mama instincts start to shift. After breakfast this morning, instead of heading straight back to her nursery, Fiona trotted over to the main kennels with her tail wagging. She was on a mission to find her sister Eclipse. 💕

It’s been about 7 weeks since they’ve seen each other, and the reunion was so sweet. These two grew up side-by-side and bunk together at night. Watching them reconnect reminded us that just like people, dogs thrive on their bonds and friendships.

For Fiona, this is also an important step learning to spend more time away from her pups, socializing with her pack again, and easing back into her normal rhythm. Her babies are healthy, strong, and almost ready for that next stage of life too. Yes, they are blowing their coats and getting a brush out today! They have spent most of the morning together running and playing on the play yards.
