Validation
If you are looking anywhere except God for validation, you are compromising your integrity. If you need someone to clap for you, clap for yourself.

Happiness from others
Depending on someone else for your happiness is the rudest form of passing the buck.

Apologies
Quit expecting apologies that will never happen or be authentic. They won’t make you feel better and you don’t need them.

Here's to yet another blessed week in reverse.
While the days have been warm, there are plenty of cool mornings, full of purposeful work.

I'm reminded of so many blessings when we choose to be present.
When we recognize and appreciate who and what is around us in the current moment. We may not get shout-outs in the progress. But God! What a reminder we weren't truly appreciated in the process. Pride goes before a fall.
It's not about getting shout outs, but glorifying the one who works it out!
It's humbling though as it's not about the shout outs, it's about progression towards truth that can only be found in the Ultimate Trainer.
Many seek validation from humans, but I seek recognition from my Almighty Father.
Those that seek self, I'm blessed they have been removed and replaced with those who are authentically seeking the cross. May the Lord continue to change me, grow me, and use me, as well as remove every evil that tries to attack my God's given purpose! I pray for continued discernment and revelation!
For I know who I stand firm on. For I know my mission is to minister, sharing the good news of my Handler! Clarity is given in Christ Jesus.

When you know your worth, things start to make sense, healthy boundaries can be made, and criticism doesn’t hurt quite so bad.

I’ve dealt with a lot of trauma in my life, mainly in the form of worrying that people won’t like me, love me, and will eventually leave me. While all of that has happened, I think I brought a lot of it on myself because I didn’t know my worth.

I know my worth now. I’m worth God sending his son to die for me. I’m worth dying for. That makes me worth something precious.

But it’s not reserved for me. You’re worth that too. You’re worth dying for. It may not feel like it or seem like it, but you are precious in God’s eyes. That doesn’t mean our problems go away, it means that you are loved.

Just in case someone hasn’t told you today, let me say it. “God loves you and so do I.”
