Cassandra Cat Wants Her Claws Back Cassandra was found in the woods, starving and declawed, about a year old. The vet wanted to euthanize her because she refused to be examined.

If about a million cats are declawed yearly per The Paw Project see comment below, then about 75,000,000 cats have been declawed since 1950. You do know the AVMA have been declawing before the 1950's as experimental. No thanks to Dr. Misener, I hope all the millions of cats who were and are getting declawed are torturing you forever. Rest in pieces you ANIMAL ABUSER.

Poor kitty has been ruined for life by a 'veterinarian'. A declawed cat is a handicapped cat, mentally and physically. Chances are this poor cat will end up euthanized, no one wants a cat that pees everywhere.
