These quilted clay earrings have been a hit and we love these colors for our local Culleoka crew! We’re going to do a preorder to make sure we order for these. If you’re interested, comment under the pair you’d like to purchase. Closing Wednesday night at 9pm! Local pickup available.

This is my garden haul from last night (plus some corn we enjoyed for supper). It’s not near as large as my daily hauls from the past few years, but it’s ok because you know what? Our days don’t look the same as they have the past few years, our season has changed a bit.

I’ve had several people reach out to me lately about the lack of our homemade items on our shelves. Some people haven’t been super nice about it, but ball games and swim days are more important.

We started this business as a means to help our family do the “extra” and “the fun things”. We have 3 kiddos playing sports, are active in church work and both have full time jobs, in which I personally have taken on more responsibility this past year. While I love to make and create and need that outlet sometimes, I am a wife and mama first. For the past few years, I have pushed myself to do it all and I can’t continue to do that. I’m constantly trying to find a balance, but it’s not easy.

We aren’t closing up shop, but if you wonder why the posts don’t show up as often or things may look a little bare from season to season, this is why - our family comes first. I can’t promise lots of pickles and salsa this year because my garden is just producing what we need for us (God wink to slow down maybe?). The pepper crop is growing well, so hopefully pepper jelly is in the plans. I did also freeze lots of fruit for jams as it was coming in, so I’ll hopefully get around to that, too.

If you made it this far, please know we are grateful for you! We are thankful for all of your support over the years no matter what that may look like. Our little family loves you for it! 🫶🏼
