(Yes, he is as adorable as he looks!)

Big ol’ puppy, heart so wide,
With curious eyes and a tail full of pride.
Sniffing the world with joy in his stride,
He’s ready for love—will you be his guide?

A leash means adventure (he’ll wiggle and hop!)
But once he’s outside, the jitters just stop.
Sweet and silly, with snuggles galore,
He’ll flop for a belly rub right on your floor.

He’s learning his manners, and guess what? He’s smart!
Takes treats so gently—it’s just the start.
Playgroups now bring out his cheerful spark,
Zoomies and tail wags? He’s hitting the mark!

Since April, he’s waited—through spring into summer—
But still no forever home... which is kind of a bummer.
He’s got so much love and so much to give,
Just looking for someone to help him truly live.

A home with patience, and maybe a yard,
Would help him keep learning (and sniffing real hard).
So if you want love that’s loyal and true,
Bobby’s the pup who’ll stick right with you.

Come meet Bobby and see that sweet grin.
He’s ready to let his new life begin!

Here is what you have been looking for, Pat's Quilt. Every year Pat spends a tremendous amount of time designing and creating a Quilt made just for the Friends of Wake County Animal Center Auction. Pat always incorporates a memory or a significant event that makes each quilt so unique and pertinent to animal lovers. Then her daughter sketches the design using her artistic creativity to bring her Mom's ideas to paper. Along the way Pat asks her community of friends for ideas and incorporates them in the design. Once Pat finishes she counts on her friend at KSDesigns Kathryn Drake for the finishing touches.
You'll need to wait until the auction opens to hear the story behind this year's quilt. Make sure you look for the tote bag her daughter Courtney made to complement the quilt and another quilt made by Pat's sister.
Don't forget to like and follow the Auction page or you will miss out on Quilting magic.

Baby, it's hot outside. Despite the fact that our next business is probably incredibly busy during this heat wave, they answered the call when we asked for donations. They don't just make a statement about Community Involvement they live their statement, "We are big believers in supporting our community, especially through animal rescue."
When you see the many Chewy e-gift certificates you can thank Comfort Hounds Heating & Cooling for donating something we can all use.
Thank you for supporting us and our community of people and pets.
