Over the past nine months, Re:Vision has been standing strong with our Southwest Denver community — listening, advocating, and sharing resources that matter most.

From Know Your Rights trainings to family preparedness workshops, town halls, and free legal clinics, we’ve been working side by side with our partners to ensure our neighbors feel safe, supported, and empowered.

And every week, our No-Cost Grocery, youth programs, urban agriculture model, and wellness programs continue to nourish both body and spirit.

We can’t wait to celebrate all of this hard work and our incredible community at Buen Provecho this weekend.

Durante los últimos nueve meses, Re:Vision ha apoyado firmemente a nuestra comunidad del suroeste de Denver: escuchando, abogando y compartiendo los recursos más importantes.

Desde capacitaciones sobre "Conoce tus Derechos" hasta talleres de preparación familiar, reuniones comunitarias y clínicas legales gratuitas, hemos trabajado codo a codo con nuestros socios para garantizar que nuestros vecinos se sientan seguros, apoyados y empoderados.

Through our Food Rx partnership with , patients at the Westwood and Peña clinics who screen positive for food insecurity receive a healthy food prescription that they can redeem for a free CSA food box each week.

These boxes are filled with fresh, locally grown produce from our urban farms to nourish the body and strengthen our community.

Summer is in full bloom at our urban farms!

Our Proyecto Soberanía is a movement toward food justice, community wealth, and cultural preservation in Southwest Denver. From four urban farms and over 100 family and champion gardens, our community grows food along with sovereignty, connection, and resiliency.

Together, we are harvesting more than 90,000 pounds of culturally relevant, nutrient-rich food each year, most of which is shared through our weekly No-Cost Grocery and Denver Health CSA Box program.

In a neighborhood shaped by generations of Latinx immigrant families, our farms serve as spaces of healing, learning, and belonging — keeping our roots strong and our culture thriving.

¡El verano está en pleno apogeo en nuestras granjas urbanas!

Nuestro Proyecto Soberanía es un movimiento que promueve la justicia alimentaria, la prosperidad comunitaria y la preservación cultural en el suroeste de Denver. Desde cuatro granjas urbanas y más de 100 huertos familiares y de campeones, nuestra comunidad cultiva alimentos con soberanía, conexión y resiliencia.

Juntos, cosechamos más de 40,000 kilos de alimentos culturalmente relevantes y ricos en nutrientes cada año, la mayoría de los cuales se comparten a través de nuestro programa semanal de Abarrotes Gratis y Cajas CSA de Denver Health.

Thank you for highlighting our Promotoras and Family Garden Program — two pillars of our urban agriculture work and commitment to food justice in Southwest Denver.

This season, we are proud to support 90 family gardens and 12 champion gardens, providing, affordable and nutrient-rich produce to over 950 participants. These gardens both nourish our community and create local jobs with thriving wages rooted in cultural connection and preserving our Latinx heritage.

In June, Re:Vision partnered with to host a Confirmer Training. Our 80219 zip code has the highest rates of ICE activity in Denver, and trainings like this are vital in equipping our community with the knowledge to observe, document, and protect one another in times of crisis.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who showed up with open hearts and a shared commitment to safety and solidarity. This event reflects Re:Vision’s mission to support, nurture, and uplift our Southwest Denver community because true resilience grows from within.

Throughout the spring, we continued to provide essential resources to help our Southwest Denver community stay informed, prepared, and protected.

From a Family Emergency Preparedness Workshop with in March to a Know Your Rights Training and Free Legal Clinic with Meyer Law Office in May, we ensured our neighbors understood their rights when interacting with ICE or police in Colorado. These gatherings are part of our ongoing work to empower our neighbors with tools to protect our families and our future.

Gracias to everyone who showed up to learn, share, and support one another. Together, we are building a Southwest Denver where every family can thrive with knowledge and confidence.

Over the past six months, we have been taking care of our Southwest Denver community by listening, advocating, and sharing resources that matter.

We believe lasting change begins with community voice. In February, we hosted a Community Town Hall to help our neighbors better understand recent changes at the federal, state, and local levels, as it relates to our immigrant communities in Southwest Denver.

We were honored to co-host the event with , , and , represented by School Board Members Xóchitl Gaytán and Marlene de la Rosa. Together, we shared updates on city, health, and school resources available to families.

By creating safe spaces to share knowledge and amplify community voices, we build a stronger, more resilient Southwest Denver.
