“It’s been truly heartbreaking to witness the immense devastation that Hurricane Helene has brought to so many communities. Asheville, NC has been particularly hard hit, with search and rescue efforts still underway. While there are countless individuals in need right now, we believe that every little bit makes a difference. That’s why we’re gathering donations through the Victoria Stilwell Foundation (https://positively.com/donate) to support one of the animal rescues that need our help the most at this time, Brother Wolf Animal Rescue.
We are happy to report that the hard-working team at Brother Wolf Animal Rescue (https://www.bwar.org/) successfully relocated all 137 animals in their care to temporary foster homes. Unfortunately, their facility was completely flooded, and all physical assets were destroyed. They are urgently in need of supplies to help them recover and to continue caring for the animals in their care.
