Lab Rescue Bulletin Board Saving Labs in USA and Canada. This is a place to post Labradore Retrievers that need rescue or a home. This is to make rescue easier.

I have an extensive friend list, including many rescues, so posting here it will go out to all the rescues. With the hopes of moving the labs from the south, to the midwest to west where they are needed. This is a ministry of Ecumenical Fellowship, Davenport, IA.

I believe Animal Control discriminates against older poor women over any other social class. This kind of discrimination is called Ageism, sexism, and classism. AC thinks they can get away with discriminating against older poor women as they can not afford a lawyer. If you have been labeled as "The Cat Lady" and harassed by Animal Control. Please post your story here!

Named after the Olympic Stadium in Sochi Russia, Fisht is a stray dog who captured the heart of an American working at the games. Forever Friends Foster Care & Rescue In Ardmore, Oklahoma discovered a very serious and very deadly hoarding situation in Wilson, OK...a small rural area near Ardmore. The Directors of FFFCR, Noelle Harris and Patti Cain took these pictures and are begging for help. There is not enough foster homes for the dogs to go so they are going out with volunteers daily to add more hay/straw/tarps and distribute fresh food and water. The pregnant dogs have been removed but sadly one set of puppies has died. Two dogs have been found frozen to death in their plastic dog houses. This is truly a horrible situation. The authorities are involved now, but Noelle and Patti need your help! Get the word out....share their story... you can see their page here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Forever-Friends-Foster-Care-Rescue/376652050961
This group is not affiliated with our group. We are Forever Friends Humane Society in Sallisaw and they are Forever Friends Foster Care & Rescue in Ardmore. However, we are friends and fellow rescuers. We are taking the two cats as soon as transport can be arranged. We will need donations for them.
Folks, it is a sad sad thing to find animals living like this in the year 2014, but it happens all too often. We are small rescues and need funding and assistance to save these animals. Laws need to be enforced to stop this kind of inhumane treatment of our best friends...dogs and cats.... it breaks our heart to look at these pictures and it will break yours too....but we must share them and you must see them and share them.
