That’s what we mean by “hyper-local”—really local. The term “local” can legally mean that it’s produced anywhere within 400 miles of consumption, so it’s a pretty meaningless term. But you can be confident that Skyline Gardens produce is truly grown in the Casper area. We're located just off Skyline Road on the west side of Casper. First, because that makes Skyline Gardens produce better. Every mi

nute between the time the produce is harvested and the time you eat it means a loss of quality. It loses nutrients, freshness and taste. Modern agriculture has gotten very good at efficient transportation and preservative techniques, but those techniques have their own tradeoffs. When you eat Skyline Gardens produce in Casper, you know you’re eating produce grown within walking distance, and the taste will bear it out. You also know you’re supporting the local economy. And you’re buying from a producer with complete accountability—no big faceless corporation to complain to. You can bring your complaints to Matt right here in Casper. Our produce is grown hydroponically, a modern soil-less farming technique in a controlled environment. That greatly reduces the amount of potential contaminants, almost completely eliminating the need for pesticides and herbicides. We use a dilute hydrogen peroxide solution for cleaning and that’s about it. We can grow high quality produce year-round regardless of the weather, and deliver it to our customers within hours of harvest. But don’t take my word for it. Taste the difference. Skyline Gardens grows hydroponic lettuce, kale, herbs, and microgreens! All our produce is grown right here in Casper, and all of it is pesticide-free and herbicide-free. We sell directly to you the consumer, and deliver to your home or place of office every week. You'll get your order just hours after it's been harvested! We harvest on Thursday and deliver on Friday.

Eight years! How time flies. Skyline Gardens has been delivering quality produce to the Casper community for eight years!

We grow butterhead lettuce, kale, culinary herbs, and a variety of microgreens. We grow them hydroponically, which means they are available year-round. Because we maintain a controlled environment, it also means we can grow without pesticides or herbicides. We harvest every Thursday and deliver right to your home on Friday.

As soon as you cut produce, it starts to die. It starts to lose its nutrients, and that's reflected in the taste. We harvest our lettuce without cutting, leaving the root ball intact, which means you're getting a living plant delivered to you.

We also make homemade salad dressings and Greek yogurt!

And we're right here, part of the Casper community. We call ourselves "hyper-local", because calling something local anymore can mean something grown within 500 miles of where it's consumed. We live and work right here.

We've been growing fresh greens for Casper, WY for over seven years now! Every Thursday we do our harvest and every Friday we deliver to our customers. Our produce is pesticide-free, herbicide-free, and grown right here in Casper. That's what we mean by hyper-local-- the term "local" can be interpreted pretty flexibly and might mean "grown within 500 miles of where it is consumed." But Skyline Gardens is truly local- right here in the Casper community!

And all this good stuff translates right into taste! You will absolutely taste the difference in your salads, sandwiches, and burgers. Because we harvest and deliver immediately, and because we harvest our lettuce with the root ball still on, our lettuce lasts up to three weeks in the fridge. Less waste!
