📣📣📣We have exciting news!!📣📣📣 Our lovable, sweet, and goofy Bruno has been adopted! He couldn’t have found a better home that will give him the time to decompress, the exercise he needs, learn what it is to be truly loved, and become the best companion ever! He will be going home at the end of this month so stayed tuned for those pics!! 🥳🥳 We are so happy for this wonderful boy who was never given a chance by irresponsible humans. 🎉Beautiful Bruno update! He has been neutered!! He is doing so much better from his URI at MDAS. 🙏 His former owners sent him there to die. They rehomed him and, when those people dumped him back on their front lawn in a crate, they just called MDAS. Truly heartless! He is safe now and just waiting to heal before he goes to his foster home. He will need the best FOREVER home. One who will never betray him again. He is sweet, playful and just stunning! 🩵

📣📣The sweetest girl has found the sweetest home 🎉🎉🎉 Snowball, now known as Marlowe 💕, has been adopted by her foster parents! She has done so well and healed nicely from the surgery on BOTH of her back legs. Her parents can’t imagine life without her and we can’t blame them! She is is an absolute joy and such a gift 💝 Thank you to all who donated and helped us with her surgery. We are still paying off her surgery but it was all worth it. Any celebratory donations welcomed 😅😅 We are just SO happy for our sweet girl and her parents. 🙌🙌🙌 She was let down by many humans in her past but this will never happen to her again ❣️ ❤️

📣📣After the DNA tests showed Zorro and Grover were father and son, we got even more surprising news! The tests led their parents to Grover’s brother!! 📣📣 I think we see the resemblance!! ☺️☺️ 🐶 IPAW rescued the boys in January 2024. His brother was adopted in January 2025 from MDAS! We were so happy to “meet” our beloved Grover’s brother and know he is in the best hands!!! 📣📣We are excited to share the news!📣📣 Grover and Zorro’s parents have sent us their DNA results. The boys are 100% American Bully. AND….. It turns out Grover is Zorro’s father! We now understand why he wouldn’t leave him on I95 and why he has always been so patient with Zorro. He tolerates a lot from Zorro because he is such a GOOD dad 🥹🥹 We are so happy we kept them together. Now their story and relationship makes so much more sense! Poor Grover couldn’t tell us, but we understood somehow that there was a bond we couldn’t break!! This sweet duo is doing so well and again we want to thank everyone who helped us!!! This story just keeps getting better 🩵🩵 ❤️

Sweet Poppy was suffering in a parking lot. We have no idea how long she has been blind and just shocked at her resilience; surviving this long in this condition. We are trying to make her as comfortable as possible. If we can’t find her a home, she will have to be euthanized as it would be cruel to release her this way. She has several health issues that need care and she can’t be a street cat: she has feline leukemia, anemic, stomatitis, and blind. She is spayed and about 8 years old. She is incredibly friendly which is making this a lot harder. We are also trying to find a sanctuary. Her vet bill is at $1400. We appreciate any donation. Links in bio. Please donate and/or share. Poppy was living in a parking lot and suffering. She has been diagnosed with stomatitis, feline leukemia, she is blind and anemic. Poppy is so sweet. We want to try to find a home for her to live out her remaining days. We can’t release her to the parking lot again. That would be cruel. Snowball has been rescued by IPAW. She was first adopted from MDAS 7 years ago and was now found as a stray emaciated and in horrible condition. A little while after being taken into MDAS, she was adopted and then again found as a stray 😡 We aren’t sure if there will ever be any repercussions for adopters who do this. It is beyond sad and frustrating. Luckily, there are good people who want to foster and Snowball is safe in a foster home. She needs her leg looked at by a doctor before she is available for adoption. She is doing better than she was in the shelter, but it still seems to be bothering her somewhat. Any donations are welcomed so that we can get this girl the help she needs. She is mellow but likes to play. She has done well with children, cats and dogs! A true companion and very SWEET gal. Please share and/or donate for precious Snowball to never know heartache or pain again 🙏🩷
