To our Founder extraordinaire, Adama- Happy Birthday! 🥳🎉🎂

If you know Adama, or have even had a brief encounter with her, you know how amazing she is. It’s very had to encapsulate her in a single post!
We had our volunteers all send some words to describe her, and these were just *some* of them:

There truly is no better word to describe her.

Adama loves her family, friends, and community with every fiber of her being. She shows it constantly in everything she does. She works harder than anyone, for everyone, and never stops. She is the first person to do the hardest job, take on the most impossible task, and make miracles happen.

She has saved not only thousands of animals (all the way from Baghdad, remember Newton?!) but has also given a lot of humans a new start and opportunities to better their lives.
There are so many things behind the scenes that are never posted. She has LITERALLY put out fires before (true story- on the I10 during a dog food transport 💪)!

Adama, we love you so much! You are our hero, our inspiration, and someone we are all grateful to call a friend. Thank you for building this shelter and crazy rescue family and letting us come along for the ride. WE LOVE YOU!

REGISTER ROUDUP STARTS ON JULY 15th!WHERE: Both of the PAULS locations mentioned in the video🛠️WHEN: July 15th- July 31st☀️It was supposed to run through July 31st, but due to the floods in Texas, we are on a brief pause to allow all round up donations to go to the people and pets impacted by flooding until the 15th!🙏🏼

These dogs are going to CANADA!🐶🇨🇦
We’ll be 🚗 all 5 dogs to LA, then ✈️ from there to Calgary, Canada (then immediately coming back😭). We work with other rescues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our dogs, ALWAYS. Even if it means crossing borders, North and South!🇲🇽 There’s already a wait list for adoptions in Canada since bully breeds are banned in certain provinces. The overwhelming want for bully breeds there, and overwhelming amount of bully breeds HERE, makes for a perfect partnership!
Next big stop… MEXICO!🤫
