1 Love Dog Rescue "One Love, One Heart, Lets Get Together And Save some Paws". My Name is Justin, and over the years my org. and its volunteers have helped place over 6000 dogs.

I have worked tierlesly to place dogs into good homes. Our state is rapidly changing, Huge groups of Californians, immigrant and farming communities are breeding dogs in record numbers. Numbers that outgrow the previous years. Unfortunately breeding is not illegal, Even placer county will let you own 3 unaltered dogs and create up to 6 litters a year in your home, up until the pups are 8 weeks old

. This in not considered a breeder/kennel, nor is a license to do so is needed. A rescue in most placer area cannot keep more that 3 dogs or puppies, or a kennel license is needed. Puppy mills in California are not what people expect.. As a COMMUNITY effort, it is the states largest "mill" there is no big puppy mills in California. It is millions of individual families that collectively create this issue. Our states now "VAST Homeless population, we have even more dogs being produced. I do my best to gather these dogs at great costs to ensure they have a good home. 'We, vaccinate, microchip and DE-worm all dogs we locate and then work to find good homes for them. Adoption fees are higher due to my costs in doing this. I also believe in creating value in an animal that many do not believe have value. Dogs who are too young or recover from pregnancy or injury are sent to foster to adopt homes where their Services are completed. Our focus is shelter dogs and all the general publics dogs in need of help.. We range long distances to save these precious animals, from Stockton-Fresno,to bakersfield Sacramento north to Redding, west to the Bay Area and all points in between. Little puppies are getting so big and are so funny. I’ve never raised hound dog puppies before other than wiener dogs. They make me laugh. Yesterday they turned five weeks old and today they will receive their first vaccinations. I will be accepting pre-adoption reservations if anybody would like to hold one until adoption day, three weeks from yesterday. I will be making a profile for them shortly. Puppies will not be able to go home for three more weeks.

We have some new rescues coming in to be adopted! This is Oreo (female) and snickers (male) they are 2 little sibling doodles who need a new home. They were given to a to a family to foster for a week or 2 by the owner. Unfortunately the owners never returned and have had no further contact. They look like Aussie doodles to me but I’m not sure as the foster was not told exactly. They are about 4 months old. I will have a profile up for them soon. They will be in the 25-30 pound range is what’s predicted. Give me a little time this afternoon and I will have the profiles up with their information. If you’re interested, you can give us a call.
