We have been working on the garden areas. There's still an awful left to do, but it's getting there.

We have made a lot of changes lately. We have a new permanent RV resident who came as an Airbnb guest, but is staying. She is a certified massage therapist and is able to do massage for Airbnb guests by appointment. We're also having a great time with the horses, and have added a large dog turnout pen, and we are working on a garden!

The tiny house is getting a number of bookings. The first dog comes in tomorrow. Here's the dog digs. I could not get the rubber feet on the kennel attached, so I used pipe insulation. I have the dog set up with puppy pads, extra towels, an extra cushion to sleep on, and a dog-proof couch cover. Hope this works.

I have finished up the tiny house project and gotten it posted on AirBnB!

We had our first foal here last night. She was so adorable! I hadn't had a foal in before, so was a bit nervous about it. Bedded the stalls deep and banked the edges to keep her from getting cast. She did lay down.
And, our first paying customer for the tiny house. He wasn't here long, but said it was great. I turn on all the lights for late arrivals so they know where to go. 🙌

Recent pictures. Tiny house is coming along, nearly ready to be a short term rental. Beautiful full moon at Christmas, and the grill is now assembled! We only have a few more things left to do before it's finished.

We have a deck now! Here are a few more pictures.

We have added the deck for the tiny house now. Will be adding gutters and more lighting along the roof, as well as a chiminera when it gets colder. The bathroom shots are the porta potty bathroom. The details are a few more details in the house.

Manda Morris (Journey Riders) is will be teacheing a Biomechanics clinic on December 2 at Cedar Grove Stables in Dripping Springs. Manda is an experienced endurance rider, as well as hunter jumpers and dressage. She does these clinics in the fall and spring annually. We had one in April. This will be her only Dripping Springs clinic this fall. Florence Bernard-Lemoine, known for her amazing culinary skills, will be providing lunch for everyone, including auditors. The cost of lunch, and day stabling (if available) is included in the price. Please let me know if you're interested. Payment should be paid in advance to Manda to hold your spot. All the details are on the webpage. There is an option to spend the night (we have hookups and a tiny house), and / or to go ride at one of the local parks on Sunday. Please contact me with any questions. I believe the clinic is already about halfway full. We can take up to 12 riders. Hope to see some of you all there.
The clinic can be done at the walk, which is the minimum riding requirement.
