We offer miniature Mediterranean Donkeys and ponies for show, breeding stock, and of course they all make wonderful pets. I apologize I’m so behind on my page but we have all been busy finalizing and preparing for our second annual MDR registered miniature donkey sale here in Joplin Missouri. American Heritage Miniature Donkey Sale. June 20 and 21st. All consigned donkeys will be in place on Friday by 3pm for public viewing to start. The sale will start Saturday at 1pm. We will also have online bidding starting on the 7th of June. You will register with DVAuction anytime before the sale up until 24 hrs before. In fact you can register as early as now. Sale Day Saturday you will register with the on site auction company here at the sale if you are onsite. You will need a valid drivers license.
We have a nice group of donkeys again for you this year. Lots of things planned again. You will meet other breeders and miniature donkeys enthusiasts from all over the US and Canada. You will not want to miss it! I’ll be posting more information. You can follow our sale page ‘American Heritage Alliance’ for the latest updates and consignments.

Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo!

Dan and our 2-year-old ADR gelding, DL Mangile's Top Shelf, enjoyed a remarkable first appearance. Despite their newcomer status, they had a Great showing, with Dan handling Top Shelf as a favor to me.
Notable achievements from their performance include:
ACOSA Geldings Halter - FIRST
ACOSA Grand Champion Winner
2 YO Geldings at Halter - FIRST
Junior Reserve Champion - WINNER
Showmanship Non-Driving - SECOND Non- Driving Relay Race - FOURTH.
Non - Driving Scramble - FOURTH

Accolades are due to Dan, Top Shelf, and trainer Bobbie Ferraro for a FIRST SHOW well done. Bobbie says first showing jitters are over for Top Shelf!

As we prepare for the big event, we are here with Bobbie Ferraro, our donkeys' trainer, in Navasota, Texas. We are excited to see DL Mangile's TopShelf, our handsome 2-year-old gelding, as he prepares to shine at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo in his first showing. My husband, who is brand new to showing, will be guiding him. Let's send our best wishes to these two newcomers! Dan and TopShelf!

Announcement: Three other Breeders and I came together to have our 2nd Annual Select Registered MDR Miniature Donkey Sale in Joplin, Missouri in June 2025. To avoid confusion the sale name has been rebranded the American Heritage Miniature Donkey Sale from the Breeders Classic.

We have our Consignment Forms ready and posted below for your review. You will find on the forms our sale criteria, terms and other important information. Print and complete the forms and then send in with the fees, copies of your donkey(s) pedigrees and their current pictures front, back and both side profiles.
All of this information is needed for the sales team review as only your BEST will be accepted to this National Select MDR Registered Sale hosted by the newly established Non-Profit 'Miniature Donkey Heritage Alliance'.
