Thank you Pampered Pet!!

Now that summer is here do you have any extra time to help out Kibble Korner the local pet food pantry. They need someone to volunteer a few hours only on Monday to give out pet food to families in our community. There are so many people struggling right now just to get their families fed let alone their pets. If no one is there to give out the food it affects many pets and their owners. So please if you can give a few hours contact Kibble Korner through their page. Check out more information at kibblekorner.com. You do have to be able to lift 40 # bags of food. If they could get more than one volunteer they could alternate days. PLEASE HELP SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE CLOSED.

Did you know that Kibble Korner has been giving away full bags of dog and cat food to our Winnebago County community families, and senior citizens in need for 18 YEARS!
Because many of our clients either walk, ride the city bus, or have someone else drive them down to the Rock River Valley Pantry, (where Kibble Korner is located), we understand those means are not always easily accessible.
No need to come back week after week, so we give those in need a months worth of pet food, because gas is expensive, and with the unpredictable weather year-round, we want to make it as safe and convenient as possible for our seniors and families to pick up bags of pet food for their furry family members.
Every Monday from 9 to 11 AM, we are there to help  provide pet food for our most vulnerable community.
We only ask that that your pets be compliant on rabies, which is a state law.

Kibble Korner has a mission to keep our area's pets fed and in the homes they know and love. As families struggle with the loss of jobs, your help can make all the difference to sparing children, parents, and the family pet the heartache of separation.

This Kibble Korner and Care for Pets group shows up month after month after month to unload pet food for our community, and THANK YOU just isn’t enough!

Our Kibble Korner coordinator, Jeannine French, and Jim Beam, cat extraordinaire went into the Rescue Pack early Saturday morning……but when they got back, the morning wasn’t over, because they still had to unload all the pet food that they picked up, which took hours.

This group of Kibble Korner and Care For Pets volunteers  continue to show up because they know the struggles our community is facing. 

Can we say it again? THANK YOU just isn’t enough!!

Can we give them a BIG thank you and tag them if you know who they are!!

The Kibble Korner resale shop will be open today, Friday and Saturday, but closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.
