We are a training kennel. Training is for retrievers and flushing dogs, and cocker field trials and retriever hunt tests.

Pups are now six weeks. They are full of energy and love birds and bumpers. We have two males available.

Brunies pups had a great weekend at Club de Chiens de Chase de Quebec. From left to right, Moo placed second in the Cocker Open and took the Gunners Award. Raggy won the Cocker Open and Moos litter mate , Argos, won the combined springer / cocker Open and the Gunners Award to finish his Canadian Field Trial Championship.

Full brothers Luke ( left) and Kodi finished titles at Black Creek Retriever Club. Luke finished his Master Hunter, while his younger brother Kodi finished his Junior Hunter. Luke finished his JH-SH-MH with consecutive passes. They are both owned by Mike Fleitz.
For anyone considering sending a dog, fun fact, all of the dogs I’ve handled have passed all tests since 2022, including finishing three Master Hunters

We are excited to announce FC Winnie has been bred to FC Hudson Valley Red. Pups are due late September!!!

Argos and Moo finished the spring field trial season with a flurry. Argos placed fourth both days and took the Gunners Award at the Central Ontario Spaniel Club trial (running against cockers and springers). Argos is owned by Jon and Ute Kagan. His littermate, Moo placed third at the Central Maine Spaniel Club trial.

Rosebriar Argos had a good May. He placed fourth in the Open and took the Gunners Award at the Maine Spaniel Field Trial Club. He also won the first ever cocker spaniel Open held in Canada at the Club du Chiens du Chasse. He was also given the Gunners Award at that trial. Argos is owned by Jon and Ute Kagan. His littermate Rosebriar Moonpie on the right was given the Gunners Award at the Club du Chiens du Chasse in the springer/cocker Open.

We did some last minute training in Missouri today to prepare for the National Cocker Championship. Brunie will be running her ninth consecutive NCC. Her pups Argos and Moo will be running their first NCC

Argos, owned by Jon and Ute Kagan placed fourth in the Open at the Cocker Spaniel Field Trial Club of America on Saturday. He repeated by placing fourth In th Open on Sunday.
