Today reminded us that Oscar will no longer be joining us at The Doghouse 💔 His brother Ozzy got dropped off this afternoon on his own. The two of them were absolute opposites. Oscar, a fourteen year old mini schnauzer who just wanted to wander the yard and rest on the porch and Ozzy a Giant Schnauzer with all the energy of a puppy bounding around! We will really miss our old friend, Oscar. But we are so glad we had the chance to know him and give him a little place in the sun to relax and enjoy his days while he was here.

Meet Elvis!! Our newest addition to The Doghouse Daycare Crew!! He is so laid back but loves to wander (and dig😄) in the yard with all his friends. We are so glad his Mom found us and look forward to him joining us again for more fun 🐾

Saying Goodbye is one of the hardest things we do when we love a dog...even when they're not your own. Miss Hippie lived over fourteen wonder years. She was always so spunky and would let you know what she thought! Making the decision to let her go was difficult for her owner, but she knew it was time. We will miss this sweet girl but we're so thankful she was part of The Doghouse family and enjoyed her last time here with us.

When I first moved here from Massachusetts I was blessed to have been able to work my first job as a Vet tech with a wonderful doctor. So when she asked if we could take care of her Stetson I was more than happy to say yes!! He was such a character and loved all his friends big and small. We are so glad he came and look forward to having him join us again!!
