*IMPORTANT REMINDERS*
SOME VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS- PLEASE READ
We wanted to post a couple of reminders
Last minute cancellations have become a huge issue, and we would like to remind everyone that the teachers show up for the scheduled hours. If you book a ton of lessons, and hold that time slot and then choose to just cancel most of them or last minute cancel- not only are you making it difficult for other people to find available time slots, but it hurts the teachers pay because they now cannot fill that slot last minute. Please only book the time slots you intend on attending, and while we know that life happens, our teachers time is also very important and we want to respect it. REMINDER- lessons need to be paid prior to lesson start time. We are flexible and have not required pre payment, and in order to keep the flexibility we need people to pay prior to lesson, and make sure you are paying if you last minute cancel. We will send an email/notification for last minute cancels, and request payment to ensure teachers are compensated fairly.
Secondly, we want to express how grateful we are to everyone and how we love sharing this lifestyle, our farm, and animals with all of you. With that said, this is still very much our home and private residence. We know it is the highlight of most people week, and we appreciate your business and friendships. However, please do not show up super early or stay late after lessons, wandering the property. Everyone pays to have their one on one lesson, or their time here, and it is not fair to interrupt other peoples time or make them feel rushed. We are kindly asking that you do not let children run and scream, and play with things around the farm. Please do not pick up the cats as we have seen people chasing them and picking them up and leaving them in the parking lot. We open our property/ home to everyone 6 days a week, so we please ask everyone to respect that if we are closed or you are not scheduled for a lesson, to please not show up and wander the property and pet/feed animals. There are so many things that kids can get hurt on, we could have animals on quarantine, or possibly animals that should not be pet for one reason or another. There are a lot of factors that go into running the property, keeping lessons running smoothly, and ensuring all the animals are taken care of the best we can. Please understand that we have all these rules for a reason, and typically it boils down to safety. Thank you for understanding.
We really appreciate each and every one of you, and thank you for supporting local!
