Although we have mentioned this before, we want to reiterate our strict policy: all kittens sold as pets are spayed/neutered before leaving for their new homes.

We do not make exceptions.

We value honesty and transparency from prospective owners. If you inquire about a pet kitten and later request an intact animal, we will decline to work with you.

We spay and neuter our kittens for their health, your home’s harmony, and the preservation of the breed. Intact cats require specialized care that most household environments are not equipped to handle—including the risk of life-threatening uterine infections (pyometra) in females or territorial spraying in males.

Breeding rights are strictly reserved for vetted breeders who fully understand the commitment required. This ensures the well-being of our cats and the happiness of the families receiving them.

This is not gatekeeping; it is responsible breeding.

What does it mean for a Bengal to be health tested? 👩🏻‍⚕️💉

The term "health tested" is thrown around a lot. But not everyone health tests to the standard that is generally expected.

Here's the common health issues Bengal cats have and why we health test for them:

❤️HCM: HCM can make a cat drop dead seemingly out of the blue. HCM is a heart disease that is characterized by the thickening of the wall of the heart. Cats are screened for it with an echocardiogram. It's good to note that a clear echo does NOT rule out HCM, but only reflects that the cat does not have it in that moment in time.

🧬PK-Def: Another genetic condition, PK-Def is an enzyme disorder that causes anemia. Cats are tested for this with a genetic test. It is a one time test to see if they carry the gene or not.

🧬PRA-B: Progressive retinal atrophy. A condition that causes blindness. It is also tested one time through a genetic test.

🦠FIV: feline immunodeficiency virus. A virus that destroys white blood cells. This is tested for annually with a blood test.

🦠FeLV: feline leukemia. Often more aggressive than FIV. Also tested for annually with a blood test.

💩Fecal testing/PCR: Cats can get parasites from literally anywhere. The vet, your shoes, another pet, anywhere. Breeding cats should be tested at least annually and kittens should be tested at least once before going home.

Of course, no breeder can truly 100% protect against everything. Things happen. But they should do their due diligence in performing proper health tests to ensure the health of their program and the breed as a whole. Breeders should also have health guarantees in the rare cases that something does happen.

Ever wondered what people mean when they talk about "EG" vs. "SBT" Bengals? Here is the quick breakdown!

🐾Early Generation (EG / F1–F3)
These are the foundation cats very close to the wild Asian Leopard Cat (ALC). An F1 has an ALC parent. Because they're so close to their wild roots, EGs hold onto a lot of wild instincts. They tend to be skittish with strangers, need specialized care and enclosures, and actually face legal restrictions in a lot of areas. These are not recommended as pets for most pet owners.

🐾Stud Book Tradition (SBT / F4 and beyond)
These are the fully domestic Bengals most people know and love. They're at least four generations removed from the ALC, with Bengal-to-Bengal parents. You get that gorgeous, wild leopard look with rosettes, glittered coat, and an athletic build. All paired with a loving, social, attitude that is desired for a household pet.

Bottom line: EGs are specialized foundation cats for experienced breeders, while SBTs are the friendly, family-ready companions!

We only breed SBT. So here's a pic of one of our fall litters from many years ago! 🎃🍂🍁

KITTEN SPOTLIGHT 🐆

We're in between litters right now and things are pretty quiet..which has us reflecting on past kittens ☺️❤️

Meet Pico! One of our first double APB (essentially charcoal without the mask) kittens!

Pico is from the summer '24 litter of Nitro x Nova. He now lives in Michigan with an awesome long-term client of ours who has been with us since we began our cattery! 🐾

Jeep rides, boat cruising, bike rides, and even water skiing make Pico the ultimate adventure cat. He is a stellar example of how versatile this stunning breed can be!

PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING 🐾

I respond to up to 100 messages a day. Most of those are "How much?"

To avoid sticker shock, we would like to be transparent about our prices.

Our kitten PET prices start at $2000. It is very expensive to raise Bengals, especially when you factor in the cost of a quality diet, proper vetting, vaccinations, microchipping, spaying and neutering, sourcing excellent genetics from all over the world, health testing, and more.

Bengal cats are premium cats. They are not cheap. If you are seeing cheap Bengals, there's a catch. You get what you pay for. Quality does not come cheap. Cheap usually means backyard breeders or scam.

We understand that this high cost can be prohibitive. For those who are working with a tighter budget, we highly recommend rescues such as Great Lakes Bengal Rescue, who do an excellent job finding homes for Bengals in many different types of situations.

In addition,

Kittens sold as pets will always go home spayed/neutered. Absolutely no exceptions. This is for the best interest of both the kittens and their future families.

All kittens go home with at least their 8 & 12 week vaccinations. No exceptions to this either.

We understand that some people may have personal values that conflict with our decision to spay/neuter early and vaccinate our kittens. If this is the case, we are not the breeder for you. The health of our kittens is always the priority.

Of course, we thank everyone for their interest in our beautiful kittens ❤️ Especially those who have adopted from us and continue to provide loving homes for the babies we adore so much.

Pic is from an amazing client of ours who recently adopted these 3 beautiful girls ❤️
