Hi I’m Jay Bustamante the proud owner of Exclusive Pet Grooming. Our journey began in 2005 with my wife’s dog Lulu. After a disappointing grooming experience that left her with a horribly done haircut I knew I had to step in. I started learning how to groom her myself, what began as a necessity quickly became a passion.

I fell in love with the craft of grooming and the joy it brings to both pets and their families. What started as a personal mission to give Lulu the care she deserved turned into a business built on compassion professionalism and trust.

But it wasn’t just grooming I fell in love with, it was the mobile aspect. Being able to provide luxury grooming right at your doorstep allows us to offer pets one on one attention in a calm stress-free environment while giving families unmatched convenience.

When I’m not grooming or managing our mobile units across Miami I enjoy traveling flying drones and capturing life through videography.

After making your dog look good and feel better, I go home to my two dogs, Honey and Monster. I’m also an active member of an all-girls community where we inspire and empower women in all areas of life.

I enjoy the simple things in life like DIY projects, homeowner adventures, giggling, and immersing myself in a book while rotting in bed.
Self-improvement and family are my top priorities, and I’m always seeking balance as I grow personally and professionally.

Fun fact: I played on both varsity and junior varsity softball teams in high school and was proud to win Most Improved Player my very first year.

Hi, I’m Delene, but most people call me Dee. I’ve been grooming for over 15 years. After having my son Giovanni, I decided to trade in my grooming tools to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Exclusive Pet Grooming.

As the Operations Manager, I juggle schedules, support the team, and ensure every client has the best experience possible. Life stays exciting between work and home, where I share it with my husband Rodrigo (who also grooms), our two dogs, two cats, and a love for scary movies, VR gaming, and quality family time.

When I’m not coordinating the chaos, you’ll probably find me dreaming of the next cruise or planning a vacation, whether it’s mine or someone else’s.

Hi, I’m Sabrina. When I’m not behind the camera capturing Exclusive Pet Grooming’s best before-and-after transformations, I’m hitting the books at FIU, because balancing content creation and college life should definitely count as an extreme sport.

From capturing glow-ups in our mobile grooming vans to writing engaging captions, I help bring each pet’s grooming journey to life online. When I’m not editing videos or juggling schoolwork, I find balance by spending time with my family, connecting with God at VOUS Church, and unwinding on a peaceful horseback ride.

My favorite breed? Anything fluffy, photogenic, and easier to manage than my exam schedule.
