501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter in Arizona Annually, Safe Haven is able to find homes for an average of 100 animals.

Today, Safe Haven for Animals operates a cage-less, no-kill shelter located in Scottsdale, Arizona, providing care for approximately 50 cats at any given time, with the population increasing significantly during kitten season. Our primary objective is to place every companion animal in a loving, safe home. The animals received at Safe Haven's shelter which are not adopted will always have food, shelter, veterinary care, love and a safe place to live out their lives.

🚨Adoption Alert 🚨
The last of the cow kittens have been adopted. Cherry Garcia might not have looked like a cow kitten, but she was one in the hearts of her siblings. No cow kitties were left behind. After spending some much time with their foster parents, I’m sure they would agree.

Cherry Garcia has settled into her new home wonderfully. She has discovered the luxuries of couch’s, bird watching and snuggling with her new parents. Cherry Garcia has also discovered TV. Maybe she’ll see some of her friends on the news. *wink wink* Wish Cherry Garcia endless happiness as she has found her forever home. 🩵

It’s yard sale time again!
On November 15th and 16th from 8am to 2pm, come join us for our yard sale. These yard sales will have 100% of it proceeds benefit our shelter.

🚨Adoption Alert 🚨
Our little Manx cat has been adopted! Manx cats naturally have a bob tail and Astro was a perfect example of that. We often get really friendly cats at the shelter, but we all could tell Astro was going to be a hit. Sure enough Astro wasn’t available for long.

Astro has settled into his new home wonderfully. His new mom adores him and we couldn’t be more grateful for Astro. He has quickly commandeered all soft surfaces as his own. Including his new owner. Wish Astro endless happiness as he has found his forever home. 🩵
