RAIN DATE ROPING

☀️SUNDAY JULY 27th
📍891 Country Rd, Austinville VA

✝️Cowboy Church @12 noon! Lead by Mikie Talbert!

Order of events:
PeeWee Breakaway - $20/run
Open Breakaway - $40/run
4HD Round Robin - $150/man

You have 2️⃣ ways to enter!
1. Sign Up Day of!
2. Call or text ahead and secure your spot!

❗️Pre Entries are for Round Robin ONLY!

The Round Robin will be a 4 HEAD! First and second steer are guaranteed! If you catch either steer 1 or 2 you progress to next round! First 2 are guaranteed, everything after is progessive!

🎟️We will still be having a 50/50 raffle in honor of Dillyn Osbourne! All proceeds will go directly to him and his family during this time!

As always, no rude or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated! This is a fun filled Sunday to spend with friends and family to enjoy!

Maverick Breakaway
Open Breakaway
Open Team Roping
#8 Handicap Roping

There will be color coded entry cards for each event! Please put your appropriate number on the card! *Numbers are subject to change at producers discretion*

🎟️We will be having a 50/50 raffle in light of Dillyn Osbourne and his family during this difficult time. Dillyn (Matthew) was involved in a severe ATV accident last Saturday. He was left unconscious for over a week along with 2 broken wrists. He has been staying at Roanoke Memorial Hospital where they are treating him with the upmost care! We praise our All Mighty and powerful God that he has woke up and is attentive! This is still an uphill battle for Dillyn and his family. We will be doing a 50/50 raffle and proceeds will go directly towards his medical bills and family!

As always, no rude or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated! This is a fun filled day to spend with friends and family to ENJOY!

We have made a decision and WILL BE HAVING THE ROPING! With that being said, there is some changes so please read CAREFULLY!

📥Entry Office opens at 8:30AM!
⏰Start Time is now 9AM!
Order of events:
-PeeWee Breakaway
-Open Breakaway
-Open Team Roping
- #8 Handicap Roping

THERE WILL BE NO BREAKS IN BETWEEN!
Once one event is over we will roll right into the next one! We are trying to beat the evening forecast of rain, so we want to move things along as fast as possible!

There will be color coded ENTRY CARDS!
Each card will be your entry into that team roping! Here is what your card should have on it!
-First and Last Name of Header
-Headers issued roping number
-First and Last Name of Heeler
-Heelers issued roping number

PLEASE PUT YOUR APPROPRIATE NUMBER ON THE CARD!

All numbers are subject to change by the producers!

BREAKAWAY ROPERS!
There will be a colored card for you as well!
-First and Last Name
-Horses Name
This will be a 2 head average! NO SHORT ROUND!

Ropers, please be mindful of parking as well! We will try our best to get everyone in here and parked!
