Horses N Smiles Therapeutic Ranch At HorsesNSmiles, our goal is to enhance the lives of both humans and animals through positive interaction. We rescue them and they rescue us.🥰

Rescued and retired animals are given new life assisting in learning, therapeutic riding and animal therapy. Horses and Smiles Therapeutic Ranch fosters a community where children and adults facing challenges of any kind can improve their lives with horse and human interaction. While volunteers are a necessary part of any therapeutic riding program, the volunteers at Horses and Smiles obtain invaluable experience, knowledge, and personal growth, enhancing their own lives as well as the community as a whole. We provide therapeutic riding as well as animal/equine assisted learning. Disabilities of our riders/participants include, but are not limited to, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, Autism, and Traumatic Brain Injury. Emotional trauma includes Victims of Abuse/Violence, At-Risk-Youth, Children Who are Terminally Ill, PTSD and Veterans of War. Our therapeutic riding instructors are certified by Spirithorse International and have lifetime experience with horses. Because horses can have such a positive effect on a persons emotions, muscles and vestibular system, we welcome therapists, physical and behavioral, to utilize our services and facilities. The ranch and animals are also available for field trips and private parties. Our mini horses travel to schools, senior facilities, churches, and parties spreading smiles and hope. Horses and Smiles Therapeutic Ranch is a place where children and adults learn and grow. The animals provide an opportunity to experience love, laughter, acceptance, confidence, and the freedom of movement. We welcome all volunteers, students, professionals, and anyone with special needs to come see what we are all about! We are a 501c3… Not for Profit Organization

Marana Middle School Ag took a couple layers of hair off the minis today. They did a great job and left wearing more hair than the ponies😆. Casper absolutely loved the attention. He is such a happy guy, now. Big thanks to everyone that pitched in for his rescue🥰
