Rodeo End of Season Celebration 🎉
Our 3rd Annual Glow in the Dark Parade was once again one of our favorite nights of the year. I can not believe how much each of these girls have grown as riders, horsewomen, and humans. ❤️
What an honor it is to be welcomed into each girls life and help influence them in a positive way. What a blessing it is to work alongside my dear friend and Role Model Scarlett Milbourn to become a better horseman and human myself ❤️
Kickin M Racing Team has grown beyond what I could of ever imagined… I’m forever grateful to the parents of these amazing girls who sacrifice so much for their daughters passions. We truly are a Barn Fam ❤️

The moment we knew 🩵
Tabby has touched so many little girls lives, but she was meant to be Carters ❤️ Carter has a true cowgirl heart and has always put Tabby’s health first. Her heart knew the moment it was “time” to retire the world’s most perfect horse from competition.

Tabs turned 29 this last August… but you’d never know it. Her heart is happiest with Carter oiln her back and no whoa on the reins. She would run forever if we let her.

The girls surrounded Carter when she made the final decision. I think all the girls have a very special place in their hearts for this mare… Carter ran her last barrel race with Tabasco last weekend at a slower lope to allow Tabby to enjoy her last run… and for the feeling to stay in Carters heart forever.

She has been lovingly moved to the therapy barn where Carter is 5 minutes away and can see love on her, along with sharing her with therapy students.

While our hearts break for the end of a season, I’m so proud of Carters decision and the support of our team that the horse always comes first ❤️
And we continue to love this mare with all our hearts, while opening them for space to find Carters new ride…
