Animals Abused & Abandoned makes direct payments to veterinarians for emergency medical and surgical care for dogs, cats and horses, that are victims of traumatic injuries and that have been abused, starved and abandoned by their owners. Our beloved dog, Peluche, has been missing since May 19th. He was last seen near Mallory St in the 75216 area. We are heartbroken and desperate to bring him .
