After we finish with maple syrup season, this will be the next big project. It's a 30x72 high tunnel which will allow us to grow earlier and later than the regular season. Can't wait to get it finished! This is just the frame, we still need to add the end walls and the covering. I guess we're about half-way there!

Here is a picture of the "sugar camp". The little white dots are the buckets that are catching the sap from the sugar trees. We currently have about 10 trees tapped.
