“Cocoa” owned by Linda Hoover picked up her first master pass just a few days shy of her second birthday. Thank you to Carolina Retriever Association for hosting a well ran test despite the hot weather.

A huge thank you to Linda Hoover for her continued trust in us to bring out the best in her dogs. This will be her 5th master hunter we have built.

Thank you to all the club members for making the test possible. A huge thank you to Gage for all his help day in and day out around the kennel and with the dogs.

Today we mourn the loss of HRCH Trooper’s Carolina Sunrise.

“Yella” was one of the first dogs I put a finished title on. At this point in my career a lot of the “firsts” are now crossing the rainbow bridge. Just shy of her 10th birthday, Yella (Mackie littermate) made that journey surrounded by her family.

We are super proud of “Booker” who picked up her first AKC Master Pass at the Yadkin River Retriever Clubs Hunt test this past weekend. Booker is just shy of 2 years old and really showed her true talent this past weekend.

“Booker” is owned by Wendy Bonello of Cresthill Kennels.

A big thank you to Cresthill Kennels for trusting us to care and train Booker. A big thank you to the club members, judges, and bird techs for making this test possible. A big thank you goes to Jake and Gage for all their work around the kennel to help make these dogs the best they can be.

Following a win last weekend with Greg McClure, ”Toddy” earned 2nd place at the Palmetto Retriever Club Field Trial in the Qualifying handled by Oliver Burman. This 2nd place gives Toddy her QA2 title!

We have two black lab males left from this litter looking for their forever home!

Both parents have a great on/off switch. Both have proven themselves in the AKC and UKC hunt tests as well as the duck blind.
