To help keep appointments running smoothly, please arrive a few minutes early and make sure your dog has a chance to go potty before coming into the salon. While accidents can happen, a quick bathroom break beforehand can help prevent many of them and make your pet more comfortable during their grooming appointment.

For everyone’s safety, please bring your dog into the salon on a non-retractable leash.

With the 4th of July right around the corner, please remember to keep your pets safe. Fireworks can be extremely stressful and frightening for many animals, often causing anxiety, panic, and even attempts to escape. Keep your pets indoors in a secure, quiet room, make sure they have updated identification, and never bring them to fireworks displays.

If your pet struggles with loud noises, don’t wait until the last minute—talk to your veterinarian about anxiety medication. When prescribed by your vet, these medications can make a tremendous difference in helping reduce fear, anxiety, and stress, making the holiday much safer and more comfortable for your furry family members.

As I prepare for maternity leave, I wanted to let everyone know that I am completely booked for full grooming appointments for the remainder of the summer. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate any additional full grooming sessions before the beginning of September. I do still have some availability for nail trims, but my schedule is otherwise packed from now until maternity leave begins.

Just a reminder that I am almost completely booked for the remainder of the summer, with only a few appointment slots still available. If your pet is due for grooming, please reach out as soon as possible to secure a spot.

As I get closer to my due date, I will no longer be accepting large dogs for appointments. I am almost 7 months pregnant and need to be mindful of my safety and physical limitations while working with animals. Thank you all for your understanding, support, and cooperation as I prepare for the arrival of our baby boy in September! 🩵

Please be advised that I will be taking maternity leave starting September. Given my current booking schedule, which extends until mid-August, clients interested in scheduling appointments before the fall season should contact me to reserve a spot!

As I near the end of my pregnancy I will not be accepting large, aggressive, or temperamental dogs. Normally I handle these dogs well but as I go further into my pregnancy I don’t want to take any chances with getting hurt.

For the safety of all pets, all dogs arriving at the salon must be secured on a standard non-retractable leash. Our salon is located on a busy road, making it especially important that dogs remain under close control at all times. Retractable leashes can extend unexpectedly, increasing the risk of a dog reaching the roadway, approaching other pets without warning, or becoming tangled around people, equipment, or vehicles. These leashes can also cause injuries such as rope burns, cuts, or falls if the cord wraps around a person or animal. To help ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone, we require all dogs to be brought in and picked up using a fixed-length, non-retractable leash. Thank you!

Happy Monday and happy June 1st!

Who doesn’t love a puppy to start off the morning? This little love came in for a full grooming session and I’m obsessed with the outcome!

Just a reminder to wait until your puppy has all of his/her vaccines and then they can come see me! Starting the grooming process off early can help ease many discomforts and anxieties that the puppy might have. Don’t wait until they’re 6 months and older to start grooming! Early planning sets them up for a lifetime of success and eases many fears!

If you have a puppy that’s in needs of a summer cut, send me a message! I’m now booking into the end of July!
