Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation earns BBB® Accreditation
Union City, MI

Union City, MI – Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation Services is proud to announce our achievement of Accreditation with the Better Business Bureau®.

The Lighthouse offers burial, cremation, pre-planning, monuments, pet cremation and hall rental to all of south-central Michigan from their funeral home in Union City and event halls in Athens and Tekonsha.

BBB is a standards-based, nonprofit organization with a local Board of Directors. It works to advance business trust. BBB believes businesses and nonprofits that embrace trust as a core principle in their organization will see growth in employees, customers, community, and their bottom line.

Owner Tate Goodwin says “Our company was founded on integrity, honesty, and transparency, so it was an easy decision to partner with the Better Business Bureau. Trust is the most important thing we bring to the table and it will always be a top priority to me and my team.”

Our keepsake paw prints are crafted by our friend and local artisan, Deb Thenen. We provide the raw clay print to her. She trims, adds a name, drys, fires, glazes, fires them again, and adds the ribbon as a final touch. These are only available at Lighthouse Pet Cremation.
