Anderson Valley Animal Rescue AVAnimal Rescue is dedicated to caring for and improving the lives of cats and dogs, and educating their owners as well as the general populace.

We do not have a shelter and all cats and dogs are in foster homes. Our volunteers provide temporary shelter, medical care, and love for our dogs and cats awaiting a permanent home. Your donations are tax deductible and greatly appreciated.

‼️🚨 Rachel, who is a special needs kitten, and has already been through a lot in her short life, went missing from her foster home on Nicholas Way in Lower Lake on Halloween. There is a reward being offered for her safe return. Please help us find her. Her foster has checked with her closest neighbors and they are keeping an eye out. We’re hoping someone has found her. She’s a little over 3 months old and a little over 3 pounds. Please share far & wide! 🚨‼️

⭐️LUCKY⭐️

This little guy is indeed *lucky*… he was heard crying in a burned out home in Clearlake last month, after the fire that devastated the area. An animal-loving neighbor thankfully rescued him. He is now available for adoption through Anderson Valley Rescue. He has been neutered & is vaccinated & microchipped. About 4 months old.
He is super friendly & sweet, with a big personality who just wants to be friends with everyone. Meet Lucky at Chesty’s Family Pets in Lakeport.. 525 N Main St. 🐾♥️
