🐩🕷 Make sure your dog is on Flea Prevention!!!! Fleas WILL NOT be accepted into my home. Appointment will be canceled; Please also see cancelations (🐈)!!
🐕 Make sure to pick up your dogs promptly! I do not have space to house dogs for ANY amount of time and I have things on my schedule that I already work around. $1 PER MINUTE fee will be implemented after 20 minutes wait (more for those who live further away. I know who you are!)
🐈 Rescheduling/Canceling appointments need to be done 24 hours PRIOR to appointment time. There are no longer reminder texts going out (if you need this service, please let me know and I will do it manually). Reschedules & Cancelations done within the 24 hour window before appointment will be charged 50% of groom total & collected before rescheduling. Repeat instances will result in removal from client list.
🐾 Please clean up after your pup in my yard. I am very happy that they are doing such things outside, but its not fair to other clients who may not realize the landmine danger, and I can't guarantee I have time to get it before someone else's shoes does. Bags are available!
