I’ve had a busy week! I apologize to anyone that is waiting to hear back from me or waiting for me to review your application. I’m playing catch up after this weekend and I’ll be in touch with you all soon 🫶🏼

To answer the most popular question…..I had 5 litters available before closing, along with their returning mommas. And surprise….two of my girls decided to give me two delayed implantation litters at the SAME time so we have two more litters born a few days ago 😂 (I cannot complain because I’m grateful my lines are so strong, abundant, and healthy in these ways)

The next group of babies will be ready for new homes in about two weeks….and ready to be reserved next weekend! As mentioned before, fellow breeders get first picks and the rest will be available to the public.

🏠 Two Double Critter Nations available and ready to go now! 🏠

Cage #1 Open concept, with Stainless Steel Bass Pan, $160

SOLD! Cage #2 Split Levels: $$185, can go as split with TWO SEPARATE level Stainless Steel Bass Pans OR 1 Stainless Steel bottom pan and 1 Galvanized Bass top Pan that has a cut out corner to keep levels connected(See last photo for example).

(DCNs are $320 retail brand new and the Stainless Steel pans are $65+ brand new.)

Both cages are in great condition with very light wear.

All items will be disassembled, power washed, and disinfected before going to new owners 🙂

*I also will have 1 more DCN available that is older and does have more wear and tear. Will be available in a few weeks.

I will be UNAVAILABLE for the next 3-5 days, at least.

Unfortunately after the storms we have been having, a river above us exceeded capacity and flooded my home.

I am sad to say, my rat room has been damaged, but I am very grateful to have been able to have 10-15 temporary cages on hand to evacuate the entire rattery to a safe space ❤️

My family, dogs, and rattery are safe, but unfortunately my cat has not been located. The next few days my priority is getting my home and all of the rats habitats recovered and disinfected!

If you are picking up rats this week, call or text me DIRECTLY. All other communications are ON HOLD.

*Side note: Make sure you always have evacuation supplies and extra cages on hand for your rats and other animals, in case of emergencies ❤️

🚨 Thank you to everyone who has sent kind messages and expressed interest in my rats, as I’m officially closing. I have received tons and tons of messages over the last few days and I have not gotten a chance to get back to each of you. I’ll be catching up here soon🤗

TO ANSWER MOST QUESTIONS:
*I will be making a post of available boys and available girls. I’m hoping to do that this weekend, but please be patient with me. This post will be babies to adults, separated by gender. I will be sharing boys first. Deposits are required to claim, which can be sent via Zelle, venmo, or PayPal. (Please review the below comment in this post to see how to find my accounts)

*Fellow breeders are getting priority for picks, as I’d like for my lines to continue somehow ❤️ All others will be posted on first come first serve basis.

*The discount for all rats going forward is 30% off all. OR If adopting 3 OR MORE, it’s +10$ each for each addition to the first pair

For example:
You choose 4 rats that are $50 each.
The first pair is regular pricing ($100 total)
The additional two are $10 EACH.
TOTAL is $120 for 4.
(This is separated pricing, per gender - not combined)

*I have a waitlist for the last few litters that will be available in July and August. If interested, let me know. There’s limited spots. No more babies will be produced after that and all females will be retired or go to other breeders.

*Cages and supplies will be posted a little later, as they are still being occupied. If you’d like to claim any of the DOUBLE critter nations, I will accept deposits and hold them until they are available.
(I also have temporary caging, whelping bins, “honeymoon suites”, and small “baby” growing cages). 🚨

💥🌟EVERYTHING must go!🌟💥
It is with a lot of thought this past week, that I have decided to fully close the rattery. Effective immediately, all rats will be available for rehoming and hopefully to other breeders. All cages and supplies will be available also.

I would really love if another breeder could at least take on my Mystic and Rex line. If any breeders are interested, please reach out.

I’m honestly sick to my stomach and deeply saddened to make this decision, but it’s necessary. Running a proper rattery requires a lot of time. A lot of time that I no longer have. I cannot continue staying up until 2am every night to keep the rattery going 😭 My family is ultimately my main priority. I have worked with dogs most of my life and that’s where my priority is as well.

I still currently have some babies available. I have a few pregnant females that will be having babies. After that, no further breeding will take place and all adults and babies with go to pet or breeder homes.

I also have slightly older babies that I was holding back to keep in my program.

There will still be fees for all rats but their will be discounts, as my priority is getting them into good forever homes ❤️
