Cooper has arrived at BGSRR! (Black GSD) He is the sweetest soul you could ever meet. He has nothing but love towards all living creatures. He’s 100% cat & chicken friendly! Very dog social, walks good on a leash, thanks to my amazing foster, he knows his name already! He’s been out in the back field several times off leash. His recall is fantastic! He is going to make the most perfect addition to some lucky family. Cooper will be around 75 pounds, he is 2 years old, neutered, UTD on all vaccinations, HW negative, athletic, agile, smart, kind, & full of love. I will be accepting adoption applications on him starting this week. More pictures and updates to come. Please feel free to share so we can find this very special guy his forever home!

I can’t stress enough the importance of keeping your dog’s socialized on a regular basis. Today we had 3 dogs, Toshia, Molly, & Bosco come visit Brutus & Bibi. It was a great first play date for Charlie & Sadie as well.

UPDATE. ADOPTED. SADIE HAS FOUND HER FOREVER HOME! Thank you everyone for supporting us in Saving Sadie! She is going to a wonderful family with GSD experience where she is going to flourish & live her best life!

Sadie is looking for her forever family! Are you the one she is waiting for? This lovable lady is a truly special dog. There is so much to love about her. She has survived serious neglect, and has had a real rough start in life. But in true dog fashion, she doesn’t hold it against people. She sees every stranger as a friend she has not met yet. She gets along well with cats, chickens, and other dogs. Sadie is house trained! She is also crate trained, but can stay out when you’re not home. She is well behaved and doesn’t chew. Loves car rides, walks and long talks. She is perfect for baths, nail clippings, being vacuumed, blown out. She is a beautiful 18 month old Sable GSD. She is currently about 68 pounds, but still putting on weight, so she will probably be between 75-80lbs. Will be spayed & microchipped prior to adoption. Sadie is not mouthy, and does well with kids. All this girl wants to do is please. She is progressing quickly with her obedience training. Let’s find this special lady her forever family!

UPDATE ADOPTED! Meet the Amazing Charlie! He lives with 5 cats and is wonderful with all of them! He is a very special boy! He is 12 months old Red & Black GSD. He weighs about 70 pounds, but is still very underweight. He will be around 90-95 pounds. He has had a rough start in life, but in true dog fashion doesn’t hold it against people. He is so full of love & kindness. Gets along with all dogs, both large & small. He walks very good on a lose leash! He is crate trained. Is doing good with his house training. He is a good boy for baths & nail trimming. Charlie is gentle and intelligent. He just wants to please. He is affectionate, good with kids. He is great in the car. As handsome as they come. Sweet & gentle. Do you have room in your life for this amazing guy? Charlie Will be neutered & microchipped prior to adoption. UPDATE ADOPTED.

Charlie is settling in well. He is cat friendly. He gets along well with other dogs, both large and small. He walks well on a lose leash. He is 63 pounds now, but is underweight and will be closer to 90 pounds. Charlie is 12 months old & looking for his forever home. Charlie is very chicken friendly!
