I, myself (Michelle), had worked in the veterinarian field for a long time (no, not as a vet). But chances are I have seen whatever condition your dog may have. I don't diagnose, but if I see something I think you need to have ch

ecked by a vet, I will inform you. Together, along with great hygiene and a Groomer/Client relationship we can see to the betterment of your fur kid. We look forward to meeting you and your fur kids. Those of you with doodles, I would highly advise you to blow dry and brush till your hand cramps up. Or you’ll have a naked dog to finish out the winter.
If you use salt on your walk ways, be sure to clean your pups feet good. Blow dry them when they come in from play, some breeds will mat easily from be wet and not brushed or dried. I’m talking to you doodle owners. Stay safe, stay warm and have fun if that’s your thing! 🥶🦮🐕‍🦺🐩🐕🐩❄️☃️🌬️⛄️

Attn Clients!!! As 2026 approaches and with the economy hoping to be promising we WILL NOT be increasing our prices this upcoming new year. Credit card processors for businesses will continue to increase pricing for us owners as well as distributors for products, supplies and rents will continue to increase. We are hoping by NOT increasing our prices this particular year will help with overall spending for clients in all aspects of the cost of living. Taxes for businesses should be easier and lower for employees as well. No tax on TIPS and OT will be a big help for employees.
In the next month or so I will be hiring one or two people to help with the boarding and daycare program we will be starting in very early 2026. And possibly another experienced groomer. So feel free to pass that info around if you know someone looking for work. Have them come to the salon for an application. I’ll make a formal announcement soon. I am very much looking forward to the new upcoming year!!
All of these new changes are due to the amazing clients we have!! And if you’re not a client with us, we welcome you to come join our family. We love to communicate, have fun and meet new people and their pets!! We love what we do by making pets pretty and help with their care of hygiene and health! This is our life calling and what we were meant to do!!
With all of that said, may the new year of 2026 be the year for you to prosper in health and wealth. Keep a positive mindset, believe in the power of love and spirit, set your goals and see them thru!!! Life is happier with accomplishments and hope.

Our Story

Grooming dogs are what we do. Sorry, we don't groom cats (that's because I know them well enough not to, ha) Big or Small we groom them all. As long as they can fit in the tub. We groom foo foo or if you need just a good cleansing bath. We offer a pick up and delivery service as well for our full grooms, ask us for details. (There is a wait list for this service presently. We will be glad to add you to the list. We do bend the rules for handicapped and elderly if we can make it work with scheduling.)

I, myself (Michelle) had worked in the veterinarian field for around 20 years (no, not as a vet) with grooming on the side. As a self-taught groomer (I did have a mentor named Maryetta but she doesn’t like to be known, shhhhh) I found my calling, (well, my second calling, the first was Vet Tech) I finally decided to do my own thing and make it full time. And boy is it ever full time. But chances are I have seen whatever condition your dog may have. I don't diagnose, but if I see something I think you need to have checked by a vet, I will inform you. And I’m honest and blunt at times, but I find communication is of utmost importance. If your dog is a stinker, I will tell you. LOL

Our staff also includes Tanya. She has worked with me for the past 5 years now and as her grooming apprenticeship is going super awesome, she will be on her way to a full groomer in no time. We also have Kelly. Kelly found herself nestled in The Shoals area from up north where the snow is real. She also has been grooming for the last 23 years and went to grooming school as they do up North I guess. She’s the only one that I know of personally. Could be others out there. But between the 3 of us, I am positive we can handle your rowdy hairy family member. We work as a team and get along great! No drama here. Just fun and laughing and loving on the dogs as long as they will let us. :)

Together, along with great hygiene and a Groomer/Client relationship we can see to the betterment of your fur kid. I have found that team players always make the best goals.
