Noticed this puncture wound on my donkeys hock.. scrubbed down with iodine and made sure nothing was in it when I first saw it and put some swat around it to keep the flies off it, but kept it covered with Spurr's Big Fix wound cream after that. Kept an eye on it everyday (I would've stalled him but it's HOT and he'd rather be out, and wrapping was not an option where the wound is located) and it's healed over AMAZINGLY.

What's the best thing a dog owner can have on hand for tick season?

Our pet antiseptic is a MUST HAVE! Why you ask? Because it will get ticks to back out!

Spray the tick directly with Spurr’s Big Fix and wait a few minutes. The tick will either back out on its own or will readily “pluck” right off your dog! So make sure you are checking your dogs.
