Please be open to consider agrivoltacis = solar grazing in Illinois. This is how meadows- limited cultivated growth around solar panels are managed in a healthy, environmentally friendly way.

Sheep graze down over growth so solar panels are working efficiently.

As needed these sheep can be marketed for meat with a better life and smaller carbon foot print than cattle in feed lots.

If wool producing breeds work in the region non plastic fiber can make textiles.

So loss of grain producing land is still agriculturally productive with far more environmental benefits than hazards( acknowledging hazards due to electric lines, solar panels or battery storage)
