‼️CLOSED SATURDAY‼️ DUE TO BUSTED PIPE AND WASHED OUT DRIVEWAY

A few months ago we completely lost water in the middle of our day, come to find the construction people busted our pipe where they dug up the front section of our driveway, and they fixed it fairly quickly. Well what I’m assuming is the same pipe, has busted again. I don’t believe it was solely because of the freeze, as this month’s water bill SKYROCKETED and we didn’t know why, but we never lost water pressure or saw the leak. Well now the dug up part of the driveway is completely flooded and actively washing away and is unsafe to drive on. And we have no water to the house.

We are doing everything and calling who we know to call to get it fixed as fast as possible but this could really set us back with rescheduling all the appointments and have us working some long days. We greatly appreciate all your patience. I will be reaching out individually to those with appointments that need rescheduling.

Got some cuties in this bunch!!

We have been voted into the Top 3 in the Tuscaloosa County Community’s Choice Awards! WHAT?! I can’t thank you guys enough!!!! The winner is announced in November but I’m just so proud to even be considered for nomination, but Top 3??!? 😭 never in a million years did I see myself this far into achieving my dreams.

And remember, the Holidays are right around the corner so get those appointments booked ASAP so your babies can be beautified!

Hello everyone! I have updates!
Please read as I have good news, sad news, and some necessary policy changes.

I want to officially welcome the two newest members to our team! Cathy, our receptionist, will be smiling to greet and schedule you and your pup! Katie, our bather, will be scrub-a-dub dubbing your babies, getting them all nice and clean and dry! 🫧

Jimmy, a wonderful groomer and our manager who held down the fort while I was on maternity leave, has unfortunately moved back to Tennessee. We will all miss him dearly 😢

Breanna has taken my offer to train as new manager so you will be seeing more of her lovely face 😊

Hannah, who worked for us for three years but had a lot family stuff happen in 2023( including the arrival of her newest baby!) but she is back starting next week to help with the back up of the schedule after Jimmy’s departure. We all missed her and are glad to have her back, and she is ready to see the pups she loves dearly! 🐶

Now as you know, being a small business our loyal clients mean the world to us. Whether you stay on a recurring schedule (recommended) or if your breed only needs to see us a few times a year, your constant support is the reason we’re here doing what we love 💕

But unfortunately we have had an increase in clients just simply not showing up for appointments without so much as a phone call. It is incredibly hard to fill a spot last minute and it is seriously affecting our bottom line.
Due to this I’ve had to change, and will be enforcing, my new policies. They can be found here on my website :

Depending on how late you are and the breed/size, your dog will be bumped behind the dogs who were on time but we will try our best to still get them done that day. Although there is no guarantee and we may ask you to reschedule. This will be considered a same day cancellation subject to a $25 fee.
