We bought a couple toys for Mr. Haskell this morning. Opened them. He had about 5 minutes before he tore into one of these “Strong Chewer” toys. So what did Mom do? Sew it back up. 🤣

Just a friendly reminder

🦴 Thanksgiving Foods Dogs Should Not Eat:
❌ Turkey bones, skin and fatty parts
Why: Cooked bones can splinter and cause choking or internal injuries. Fatty skin and gravy can trigger pancreatitis.
❌ Stuffing
Why: Usually contains onions, garlic, scallions, or leeks — all are toxic to dogs
❌ Mashed potatoes (with butter, cream, or garlic)
Why: Butter and cream can upset their stomachs; garlic and onions are dangerous even in small amounts.
❌ Casseroles (like green bean or sweet potato)
Why: Often loaded with onions, garlic, butter, salt, marshmallows, or sugar — none are dog-friendly.
❌ Cranberry sauce (sweetened)
Why: High in sugar; some versions may contain grapes, raisins, or alcohol — all toxic.
❌ Desserts (especially pumpkin pie, chocolate pie, etc.)
Why: Chocolate, nutmeg, and artificial sweeteners (like xylitol) can be deadly for dogs.
