Today we had 10 no shows the week of thanksgiving 🫣 We do not charge a cancellation fee for canceling but please be courteous of us on holidays we count on our holiday checks every year. Thats a whole groomers day of dogs no showed. We’re super busy around the holidays so not only does it mess with our employees pay but it also backs us up on appointments. If you can’t make it please just call or text us to let us know so we can fill your spot we will not be mad! ❤️
