Hey guys, an update!

We’ve tried multiple different ways to try to merge our two pages but it’s not working. With that being the case, please like our main page https://www.facebook.com/Oklana.Zoological/.

This page is now obsolete, so this will be the last post on here. We will keep the page up for a few months to redirect Merediths former customers to our main page, but then we will be deleting the page. It’s been a fun run, and the future is only brighter here at Oklana Zoological

With Facebook cracking down this week, and the merger coming up, we have decided that we will be creating a website to post all of our available stock for the future. Stay tuned!

My friend Melissa at Sublime Reptiles made this meme... it’s rather appropriate for this time.

With the current situation with Facebook cracking down on animal sales, we need to be considering how to approach this. We have been talking about this, and we believe that the best plan to counteract this is to move our sales onto our own website. Meredith and I have been discussing this prior to this recent crackdown, and with this happening it has lit the fire under us to go ahead and invest in a Oklana Zoological site. Be expecting this change to be taking place over the summer! We will still be active on Facebook and Instagram, but we will be moving our animal sales to the site.

It’s giveaway time again!

Because of our upcoming merger of The Living Palette and Flashpoint Geckos under the name of Oklana Zoological, we wanted to do a giveaway to celebrate this event. This is also a way to make our new name known and get the word out that our old names will soon be obsolete. We are merging our respective pages so the likes and followers aren’t lost. If you follow either page, you will still be a follower of Oklana Zoological once we go official with the merge

I have been looking forward to making this announcement for a while now and I'm so excited to finally let the cat out of the bag!

I, Meredith, have been operating Flashpoint Geckos for some time now. I have been loving breeding leopard and crested geckos, and continuing to further the hobby through educating viewers, customers, and members of groups. It's been an amazing experience, but doing it all on my own has worn me down a lot, and for a while I haven't had the vigor for it that I had the first couple seasons.

A few years ago, I met Noah, the owner of The Living Palette. We were great friends for some time, and last summer while vending together, we slowly started realizing that maybe, just maybe, we should be more than business partners.

Yesterday, he asked me to marry him.
I said yes.

Today, we are announcing the official merger of Flashpoint Geckos and The Living Palette into one single, amazing business: Oklana Zoological. We will be abandoning our respective business names and will be officially coming together under the Oklana Zoological name in one month.

So this is our announcement! Keep an eye out for it, and like both of our pages to be on top of further announcements as we throw our big celebration of the merger!
